Industry Panels
Industry panel sessions are 105-minute moderated panel discussions on a specific topic of interest which are scheduled between Monday-Wednesday of the conference (Dec. 7-9, 2015). A submission to be a panel session organizer, if accepted, is a commitment to arrange the specific topic of interest with 3-5 speakers. A submission to be a panel session organizer, if accepted, is a commitment to join in with other selected speakers under a specific topic.Industry Presentations/Posters
This is an open call for presentations on specific topics, ideas, innovations, trends, that the practicing engineer wishes to share with their peers. Selected submissions will be scheduled into oral presentation slots of 20-30 minutes each or industry poster sessions with a duration of 105 minutes. These session are going to be held between Tuesday-Wednesday of the conference (Dec. 8-9, 2015).Industry Tutorials
Industry tutorials are half- or -full day sessions provided by a subject matter expert that delves deep into a particular topic, implementation, tool-flow, or other relevant technical skills that are of interest to the Globecom industry and/or academic participant. These sessions are scheduled for either Sunday (Dec. 6, 2015) or Thursday (Dec. 10, 2015) of the conference.Industry Demonstrations
Industry demonstrations are hardware and/or software demonstrations that are meant to showcase new and exciting technology. Demonstrations shall be scheduled during the opening reception on Sunday night and selected sessions on Monday-Wednesday of the conference (Dec. 7-9, 2015).Industry Workshops
Industry workshops are half- or full day sessions organized around a specific topic of interest that can consist of a combination of any of the above program components. A submission to organize a workshop, if accepted, is a commitment to organize a half- or full-day series of program components around the desired topic. The industry program organizing committee may suggest to include other accepted submissions from the above components into a workshop if appropriate. These sessions are scheduled for either Sunday (Dec. 6, 2015) or Thursday (Dec. 10, 2015) of the conference.Lightning Talks
Lightning Talks are short five minute talks on technical topics, social implications and any state-of-art ideas of your own. About 20~ 25 talks will be presented in this special session of impromptu talks with no screening, however, you have to be a registered IEEE GLOBECOM 2015 participant. The point of a lightning talk is not to give a detailed talk but rather to present briefly the main point. The topics acceptable for talks are any subject that is GLOBECOM 2015 conference related. Lightning Talks will take place during the late afternoon of Wednesday (Dec. 9, 2015)SUBMISSIONS

The proposal submission should adhere to the following template:
- Indication of desired program component and for which program track
- Title for the proposed panel session/presentation/tutorial/demonstration/workshop
- Name, affiliation, and email address of the submitter
- A 200-500 word extended abstract of the proposal
- Short biography of the submitter
- For panel sessions/workshops: Names, affiliations, email address, and brief description of the speakers intended to invite
